This might be both the strangest and coolest Fiat 500 derivative ever!
It seems Ferves stood for FERrari VEicoli Speciali and these used some Fiat 500 and some Fiat 600 parts. Sadly, this one lacks the rumored-to-be-available four-wheel drive system.

A lot of microcars resemble something larger, but this is truly unique – for better or worse.
The rear view is delightfully odd, too.
Suicide doors are a bonus item.
Yes, that top comes down. One would have very little car around oneself driving like this. The folding windscreen adds to that effect.
Here’s a so-so view of the instruments.
