This is one of those funny times when two of a car not often seen pop up at the same time. In this case, it’s two Datsun 210 GX hatchbacks. Two 210s equals 420, so we recommend buying both.
Both of these are fairly rough, but both sellers claim they run. One has been in storage, however, so is sure to need some freshening to be a daily driver. Sorry, no Honey Bee here – those were all notchback two-door sedans. Still, the GX hatchback body is more practical!
If, for some odd reason, you only want one of these cars, CA residents should go for Car #1 (white), as the ’74 model year car never needs smog checks. Out-of-Staters might want to snap up Car #2, as it will have less appeal to local buyers considering swaps and/or mods. There should be wiggle room in both prices, unless these are in much better condition than the pictures indicate.

It’s too bad this has the base hubcaps, instead of the Pontiac-inspired, honeycomb-style units.
Here’s the odd rear shape with the canted C-pillar. Granted, the 70s 200SX made this look beautiful.
The interior appears to be all here on Car #1. Blue seat and carpet could be original, even with black door cards?
Nothing special here, but at least this is RWD and has a manual trans.

New carburetor very low smog numbers. Good engine and trans. Needs new rubber on doors and windows. Small dent left front fender. Has been registered, maintained and run but in storage for last 13 years. Repainted original factory yellow. 40 MPG last we checked.

This mustard yellow beast wears period aftermarket wheels. Sporty!
These seat covers are so terrible that they’re almost cool. Almost. We can assume the seats are shot, but the rest of the interior doesn’t look bad in this low-res pic.
Sorry, no tachnometer here, just a cheesy “gauge blank.”
