We at Oddimotive HQ have had the pleasure of driving the Nissan Heritage Collection 1200 Fastback and it’s nice little ride. These are cool little cars and this one appears to be in great shape with claimed ~54K miles and obvious recent work. It’s made the eBay rounds before with higher asking prices with no sale. Older Japanese cars have been on the rise, so we wonder what it will take to take this home.
Bonus: If you want to take it to Puerto Rico, the seller can help.

$5,000 opening with no bids and reserve not met
Orlando, FL
04/30/2013 update: Ended at $5,500 with 5 bids and reserve not met. That doesn’t seem quite greedy yet, but it’s getting close, especially considering how long this car has been for sale (off and on).
Grant GT wheel seems okay here, but we would have chosen black over wood. We’re also not sure why there is an unenclosed 6×9 speaker stuck to the upper kick panel area. Strange choice…
Sadly, no tach, but that does gain you the “Datsun” script where it’s supposed to be.
Super-clean engine compartment matches the rest of the car.

This a 1971 Datsun 1200 Deluxe . This vehicle has been restored completely; rebuilt engine, 4 speed transmission, brand new tires, and brakes. In other words, the car runs good and can be driven anywhere. This car got the originals 12 inch rims. The interior is been completely renovated. The only things missing from the interior of the car is the glove compartment box, the spare tire and the jack. If you want to import this car to Puerto Rico, we can make arragements for you.
