The Crown was Toyota’s most luxurious offering for many years. It was sold in the US for a short time and this could be a genuine US car, considering the steering wheel location.
The seller doesn’t specify, but it seems the RS40 designation may mean it is powered by a 1.9-liter inline four, instead of a 2.0-liter inline six. It is the automatic version, which means a Toyoglide 2-speed transmission. We bitch about automatics most of the time here, but this can get away with an automatic. That was, after all, a luxury feature in the early to mid 60s.

Rear end is very sixties. Do I see some Falcon/Comet styling in the rear?
Interior could use some serious love.
Things look complete under the hood.
