Mattress Included? Datsun 710 Wagon

The seller claims this car “should run” with some fuel priming.  I think every car SHOULD run, but, as a buyer, I’m more concerned with whether it DOES run.  $1,200 seems high for this neglected car, but the mattress and random crap inside the car might add to the value, if included.

You can smell the mustiness in the photo…

Someone might have cleaned off the cam cover recently, so it is possible this car has seem some maintenance (?).
