Micro-Subie with Questionable Band Link

We’re not sure exactly what’s for sale here.  Does “both need a little work” refer to the car and the seller?  The second car in the images is clearly an Isetta, and not a Subaru.  The upside here is that the “Young” likely refers to either a Young S or Young SS.  These were the performance versions of the Subaru 360.  Performance is relative here, but it’s something.

This ad is here for two reasons.  First, it relates to a microcar.  Second, the fifth photo below is just plain awesome.
