Microcars are just plain cool. Some day, I’ll squeeze one into the garage – it’s just a question of when and what. Something like this little Crosley Station Wagon could do nicely. This example, however, might be a bit more of a project than I want.
That being said, this appears to be a fully restorable car with only minimal rust. If just needs almost everything sorted out. This one is, however, The good news is it’s small and cheap.

Why have window winders, when they can slide to open?
Though this is a tiny car, the wagon body should lend some level of practicality. One could make a successful spousal argument that this would be an ideal grocery getter.
Interior is pretty spartan, but full gauges are a nice touch versus many microcars. Is that a Crosley radio speaker?
Here’s the tiny, 724cc four cylinder. The seller notes that it is not original, which is good, as the original copper brazed (CoBra) engines were not known for longevity. These later engines are of the traditional cast variety.

HERE IS A GREAT LITTLE CROSLEY CAR WITH THE NEWER MOTOR , NOT COBRA, WHICH IS A LOT BETTER. THIS CAR RUNS GREAT AND IS A GOOD RESTORATION PROJECT. SHE NEEDS BRAKES THE HYDROLIC CONVERSION WAS STARTED THE REAR BRAKES ARE STILL ON CABLES THIS HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR YEARS AND CERTAINLY IS REALLY IN GOOD CONDITION. CLEAR TITLE.
