This seller claims a B18C swap from an Integra, which isn’t a terrible idea, though it only adds ~17ft-lbs and 10HP over a stock Del Sol VTEC. The swap will also introduce smog certification problems in some states.
The news here, of course, is the hideous body kit and equally horrendous paint. At least this doesn’t have a high starting price or reserve. If bough cheaply, one might be able to return a modicum of taste to this vehicle, but it would have to be bought at the $2,500 opening price to be remotely worth it.

The wheel choice wasn’t bad here, but the car around them ruins the effect.
Nasty rear valence, ugly tail lights and fart can exhaust complete the look, as expected.
Good news! The paint has issues, so there’s a great excuse to get rid of it, along with the body kit.
Interior is, fortunately, close to unmolested. Diamond plate floor mats are terrible, yet entirely disposable.
If this is swapped, it is a clean job, but that might be because the wiring harness wasn’t finished (see ad text). The chrome finisher on top is worth at least 6 HP.
