Pre-Brat Subaru Pickup

We’ve featured more than a couple Subaru 360s since the glorious birth of Oddimotive, but we’ve never previously featured the truck version.  These strange little haulers were part of a family that included a coupe, ‘sedan’ and a tiny van.  The signature front end and suicide doors are thankfully present here.  The rear engine, however, makes the bed awfully small.  Still, the sides should open and one could put a pallet on/in there –  perhaps one carrying an engine for another project car.

The seller claims this is restored and the paint indicates that’s true, but precious little is revealed in the ad.  If it’s absolutely perfect, this price might make sense.  If not, then it’s more than a little crazy.
