“Still Tippin’ on four fours, wrapped in four Vogues”
Who is Mike Jones? The rapper repped the Houston rap scene in the early naughties with archetypical grille “bling” in his mouth and even blingier grilles on his old school lowriders. The lyric above glorifies whitewall-wearing 84s, slang for the optional wheels which graced only 1983 and 1984 Cadillac Eldorados.
Also known as elbows or “swangas,” these uniquely pokey Cragan wire wheels are now sought-after items. This dubious 1978 Cadillac Seville convertible conversion which wears them, not so much.
For a mere $15,000, Milan Daniel’s Simi Valley, California-based coachbuilding outfit would take your Seville, a car of already questionable proportions, and simply cut out the rear doors. The laughably short wheelbase yielded predictably poor handling characteristics, compensated on later models with 500 lbs of concrete just aft of the doors.
Only 509 are known to have been converted. This NorCal-based (though LA craigslist listed!) Seville Milan is quite rare. And it’s certainly more interesting than the sea of late model Toyotas among which it rolls on its 84s. But desirable enough to command the asking price? You decide.

I think the main problem with the design of these cars is the small convertible top which makes it look odd. It is also too bad Cadillac never had a 6 cylinder engine instead of their gas guzzling V8's.
