Yes, manual transmissions were available in Legends with four doors. Most are the later GS trim level with the Type II engine (235HP!) and big-for-the-time wheels. This seller has taken an earlier, non-GS sedan and essentially made a GS. Hopefully, the parts needed replacing, because that seems like a strange project car quest.
Of course, a real GS would have a 6-speed manual, but only so much can be done. The Type II engine was installed 10K miles ago, but there’s no mention of engine mileage or any rebuild/freshening. So…questions would need to be asked, but one could end up with a cool, cheap luxury sedan out of this deal.

Things look clean here. Yes, those are the ‘big’ 16-inch GS wheels.
No issues here.
In its day, a 200HP (or 235 with Type II) Legend could show this viewto a fair number of competitors.
Interior looks pretty good from here. It’s hard to see the three pedals and these shifters look ‘automaticish’, but the seller seems quite certain it’s a five-speed car. Hand brake in use is a good sign.
