A first-gen Ford SVT Lightning is something of an Oddimobile in any case, as this was the only ‘performance’ version of this generation of F-Series and, frankly, was fairly modest. This one isn’t exactly stock, however, and one of the mods is what landed it on this page.
There originally had a mildly hopped up 351 (5.8L) V8 with 240 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque – plenty to be fun, but nothing like the later, factory supercharged Lightning. This example was supercharged sometime early in its life, as the seller claims 9,300 original miles.
That’s not our favorite mod, however, as this one has a mural of Chuck from Child’s Play on the non-factory tonneau cover! Perhaps at the same time, the wheels were painted red. The good news is the cover isn’t a permanent part of the truck and the wheel color can be changed. Given the non-stock engine, then, what’s this worth to you?

Original rear tube bumper was hit at some point. Fixable??
Interior looks almost completely stock. One the front of the center console is what we assume to be the line lock button, which would keep the front brakes actuated for burnouts and drag rage launches. Maybe those 9,300 miles were accumulated 1/4 mile at a time.
Under the hood, we find many decals! Based on claimed low mileage, it seems this was supercharged early in its life and then not used. It’s not clear whether all brands represented under the hood were used in the build.
