These were very nice in their day, but are rarely seen today, save for the occasional beater. This one appears to be in great shape and has a clutch pedal.
By today’s standards, these don’t have a lot of power, but they made for a great package at the time. Your humble host got to drive and enjoy a 1988 automatic version some in the early 90s and would bet the manual would be very fun. The second-gen Legend GS 6-speed sedan or 6-speed coupe (each with the Type II engine) likely qualify as the holy grails of Legends, but we think this manual-equipped original is awfully close. Is the price right?
